Lexie I have a song suggestion for you. My son goes to a Catholic school and when they have an all school Mass, the kids love to sing "Trading My Sorrows". ALL the kids from kindergarten to 12th grade get into it, singing, clapping, and doing the motions. It is so great to see youth praising the Lord. It is a song that is not just for Catholics but for all Christians. I don't recall the exact year, being only 7 or 8 years old at the time. But I remember that you came to Camp Hope for the whole week. And I must say, it was the best week of my life. At that time, you were performing all of the songs from "Songs from Camp". You taught us all the wonderful songs, and I still recall nearly all of the little dances that went with them. We listened to the cassette tape more times than it's possible to count. My younger brother never actually attended camp while you were there, but he knows who you are from hearing the cassette so many times as a baby. Your music inspired me to become more invovled in church, and I've done just that. Before camp, I had no desire to finish Sunday School. As luck would have it, I was the only one in my family to do so, got confirmed several years later, and now help out actively. But more important to me, is the love of music I developed. HELLO! i have listened to your music since way back when you were PROJECT GOD. i was in fifth grade and at Camp Lutherlyn. Your music followed me throughout my life in high school and in college. you've inspired so many people including myself to help people and not be afraid to share your faith with others. i am 26 years old and married and i still can remember those summers at camp when you were open to us and to sharing your ministry wtih us around the camp fire and in dicussions. i pray for you and for your many travels. keep it up! Sitting there and just talking the first night you got there until late and then throughout the week, WOW, it was just amazing.
